Not matter the promotions, the months free or referral program they might have going on. Do not move here, it is not worth it. We moved here mainly because of the offers they had and deeply regretted it. Made the worst decision at committing to a contract without first seeing the actual apartment. I was shown a model apartment by the staff, and was told that the only difference would be that my apartment would be on a different floor, oh boy what a terrible lie. On the day we moved in because... the apartment was supposed to be “ready” it wasn't, it was in horrible condition. The Fridge had a foul smell, like something died in there, the balcony door was stuck shut (more about that later). The apartment had a lot of insects crawling everywhere, which included roaches, spiders, and even wasps. The smart thermostat was not even rebooted by management. So our temperature was always stuck to 66 degrees and could not change it because it required a passcode. What was management's response to this problem? Oh let’s just simply wait until the last resident gives us the passcode, if the resident does not respond in 3 days, then we will replace the thermostat.

The whole repairs took them about 1 week to fix, so that means a week AFTER we moved in and the apartment WAS supposed to be ready, we couldn’t put food in the fridge because we were literally afraid it might get infected with whatever was smelling horribly in there. We could not control the temperature of the apartment, we couldn't store anything or use the balcony and had to deal with the literal ecosystem that was inside the apartment.

So, after they fixed the balcony door alongside everything else, it turns out there were 2 wasp nests on the balcony, and that is where they were coming from. Also, the apartment had a terrible renovation done, with paint sprayed everywhere, on the microwave, mirrors, fridge, kitchen, as well as many defects on walls and trims. Management response? “It’s normal wear and tear”.

Do not let the pretty flowers and landscaping outside fool you, this place is rotting from the inside out, with extremely rude and incompetent management, trash and furniture scattered all across the property.

I lived in a 1bed/1bath on the third floor for about 15 months, but I got a new job out of state and had to move. I had great interactions with the staff and maintenance was always quick if I ever had an issue.

It's very close to a lot of major roads and highways, but far enough away where it's quiet at night. I never had an issue with the gym being overcrowded or with equipment not working.
