the only good thing about this place is that it’s close to many stores and restaurants, but besides that living here was a nightmare. If you have a maintenance problem they will take forever to come fix it, the walls are super thin, the complex constantly reeks of trash and sewer, there is always cars getting broken into, the gate’s always broken, the dryer does not dry my clothes properly and i’ve addressed this issue many times and nothing is ever done.

I was ecstatic to move in here at first because the property was well kept and the staff was nice, however, very quickly that excitement became discomfort. If you want to live somewhere you feel safe, I don't recommend this complex. Within my first week, I was made aware by a neighbor to not be out alone at night. As time went on, the neighbors started to progressively get louder. The walls are so thin you can hear everything. There are very personal things that your neighbors should NOT hear.... The property is so nasty and badly kept. There is a consistent bug issue and the dog park is awful. There's always some random thing sitting in there. As of now, there is a stand up lamp. Worst place ever! Today I woke up to found out my car was on the ground! They stoled my 4 tires and wheels and I talked to the leasing office and they didn’t try to help at all, just “oops call 911”. Besides the facts of been dirty, full of trash insecure and dark!

1. This apartment complex is FILTHY.
2. Valet trash does not come when they are supposed to which causes the complex to have a major rodent infestation. btw we pay $38 for valet trash. ($25 VALET $13 TRASH INCOME)
3. There are rats/mice everywhere and the property isn't doing anything about it.
4. The complex reeks of trash,
5. Cars are broken into daily
6. The gates are always broken
7. The keypad to get in the screen is cracked
8. There isn't a number to file complaints
9. Maintenance will... close out your orders and never show up
10. DID I MENTION THEY HAVE RATS??

Won’t be coming back! By far the worst apartment I’ve ever lived. The gates are always broken and stuck open. There is always a full trash compactor with trash all over the place. Not to mention the trash service will sometimes not get your trash, because a raccoon issue we have been battling with for months now tear into the trash, and then the apartments will charge you for having trash all over the place. None of the amenities the offer work. The gym is falling apart and is nasty. The pool... has ripped out lights in the water and is always dirty. I got some sticky stuff sprayed all over my truck and the apartment seers nothing was sprayed the day before but it was so caked up on my front windshield I couldn’t see out of it so proof I didn’t drive it home. The apartment wouldn’t do anything, so went to the car wash amenity, and with out fail, it doesn’t work and there is trash crammed into the drain. Need me to go on? My kitchen sink is being held up by 2 pieces of wood. We have roaches bad, My dryer never dries and gets moister built up inside of it somehow. The only nice thing about the apartment is the front office. DO NOT RENT HERE! YOU WILL REGRET IT! Always having to make noise complaints and nothing gets done. The one time something was done about the neighbors upstairs was when the courtesy officer came banging on our door at midnight, 2 hours I made the call, to tell me that he was about to go upstairs and check....
