Dark, Dirty, roach infested, electricity issues, hot water issues! Office staff are awful and have no concern for the residents!!

I hate this place! Thank God I am moving tomorrow! Been here a little over a year and they make you pay for hot water and it's always something wrong with it, and it will be off. Sometimes the power too. Do yourself a favor and move out ASAP! Plus it's bug infested and gross since day 1 I had this issue and they have the nerve to go up on rent? Please

My floor fan blows harder than the AC
The electricity sucks, you can't plug two things up at once
ALL appliances are dated, my refrigerator barely works.
Maintenance has been out twice to pump it with freon, I was told they would replace it, it's been 3 weeks and counting
The apartment (walk-in) gate in the back is broken
The ventilation system sucks, I can smell everything my neighbors do in my apartment (everything).

The rents cheap but you get what you pay for!

Current tenant, horrible place to live ac has been broken for 2 almost 3 months now and keep being told it fixed but it’s 76 in my apartment. The office people are really childish locked me out of my apartment knowing I was getting rental assistance 2 months ago and wanna live saying I’m not communicating when I have been but haven’t gotten anything from them. And they wanna talk about you behind your back. Just unprofessional, I can’t wait til my lease is up I’m serious don’t live here

I just moved in I’m so happy with my apartment and neighbors the ladies in the office are nice Brenda was so helpful with my application and got me moved in fast the process was great ??
