Been here a few years and seen management change, but what didn’t change were the poor conditions and bad management regardless of who was in office. The apartments are infested with roaches and nothing is done about it, the parking is terrible, nothing is ever fixed, and there is no security whatsoever here. In my time being here I have seen cars broken into, tires/rims robbed, entrance/exit gates broken for weeks at a time (safety hazard), and terrible service from employees. It has been... nothing but a headache living here and if I could prevent someone from moving here and making a big mistake I will. As the tenant you should be taken care of, prioritized, and listened to, but here at northlake manor you get none of those. Apartments have been infested with roaches for a long time. cars have been broken into and robbed multiple times, and not to mention the laundry facility hardly ever works good this has been an issue I’ve dealt with since moving in. Due to all of these problems people have had plenty of complaints of this place, and nothing is ever done. No cameras are put up, no security guards at night, no steady maintenance, no bug control and no care is shown at this establishment. The worst apartments I have ever had any kind of experience with. Please to anyone who is reading this avoid this place as much as you can because no paying tenant should ever go through what the residents go through here.

5 start rating is a JOKE
This property is NOT worth what they charge in rent. Move here if you enjoy rat and roach infestations, trash overflow, broken entrance and exit gates, pot holes in the parking lot, subpar apartment management. Also the amenities listed on the front page are a LIE... There's no clubhouse or lounge. Just the little front office. Don't waste your time or hard earned money. I'm an actual person. Posting this review.

The apartments speak for themselves. The maintenance is great and on time with fixing things. The Manager Denise she is also awesome couldn't ask for a better manager.

Great community
Love the community is very nice. Great space in the rooms. The 2x2 is the floor plan I have and it’s very nice open kitchen dinning room very nice.
