Quoted one price charged another …couldn’t change because moving long distance for a job. Too short of notice . Staff is rude . Corporate never returned calls or emails .

This place is awful. They tricked me into getting an apartment i didnt want. Originally when i applied they told me i was applying for a nice, updated apartment with wash/dryer. Once approved, they told me the apartment i was applying for had been taken but they have another one that's the same. So i went over and signed the paperwork. Not even 2 minutes after i signed the lease and left, they called me saying that apartment was also taken and the only one left similar was a more expensive... apartment that was out of my budget. Mind you, this was the day before i was supposed to move in. They offered me another apartment for the same price however they neglected to tell me that this apartment was extremely outdated and did not include w/d hookups. Also, it was not move in ready because the carpet was never replaced and is literally the worst carpet i have ever seen. The carpet is coming up everywhere, and you cant walk on it barefoot because its sticky (even after several cleanings). You also cant sit on it, because its scratchy. The a/c never works either and my apartment is always over 80 degrees. They advertise 2 laundry rooms but one of them has been closed for a year now and the other is always broken or the card machine never works. There is mold in my apartment and the air is always moist even with a dehumidifier constantly on that we have to empty several times a day. This means everything in the house is moist, including our bed when we lay in it. This is not at all what i had in mind moving here, and i cant wait until my lease is up. Read More
