No living arrangement is perfect. But, Windsor Memorial provides excellent value with a great location. The staff is friendly and responsive across the board. The team maintenance team is incredibly responsive. The valet staff is top-notch. And, Windsor has established an excellent concierge team, with a particular nod to Guy who is a welcoming and helpful presence.

The Windsor offers good value for the style of living, with a great location. Though the level of care varies, overall it's excellent. Upgrades need to be made around the community, and even though some things have been recently redone, they still fall short of the latest and greatest being added to the competition. I would recommend to a friend getting into luxury high-rise living for the first time that the Windsor is a good place to tour, but for someone established in the lifestyle, I... believe they would be let down by the quality control that is overlooked to keep the cost of living down.
