i moved in this location since 2020 and i still live here because i like the location and they have good management. the leasing office people are very nice and helpful. they do a good service, and they care about residents. they fix things very fast. RR

I’ve just moved in and already I’m finding broken appliances and wall outlets not working. They gave me a sheet to fill out and did no work on it. You get what you pay for. The cameras don’t work and their version of security literally takes pictures of people getting out of the car. Like that’s so weird and makes me very uncomfortable. The neighbors bang on the wall and the kids here throw their balls at my downstairs neighbors place. There is rarely any parking after 11pm. And my carpet peeled... up just a few days after moving in when I pushed my front door open. The place is really run down. There is a building under construction and they haven’t finished it apparently for years now. Like I said, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!! Be careful. These are starter apartments not family apartments.

I love Lex I have not been the easy person to work with due to being homeless and section 8 making it hard.she was always respectful, patient, and nurturing whatever my mood was she still treated me with the same respect and welcomed me into the community thank you Walden ponds and Alex!
