This place is pure garbage. Never move here. It’s infested with roaches, there’s crime that they don’t even care to let the residents know about such as people’s wheels being stolen, and they only do patch work they never actually fix things. The hot water hardly works. Management is full of crap when you try to move out as well. They’re just money hungry. I wish I could give 0 stars!!

I lived at the Walden Pond Apartments for six years on the second floor. This year my life changed due to a medical condition and I had to move to the first floor Yuliana and her team made the entire process easy and efficient. She guided me through the paperwork and ensured I understood everything thoroughly.
Patience is key when you’re managing medical issues while moving and Yuliana made the experience so much less stressful. I am incredibly grateful for everything they have done for me. I... don’t plan on moving anytime soon. I’ve been very comfortable here and plan to stay here unless I win the lottery!!

My Husband and I have lived in these apartments for over 6 years and are more than grateful for Ernesto and his maintenance team. They keep this property in great shape and help us with request ASAP. They also don't mind answering random maintenance questions while working on the property grounds. They are great and super respectful!

i moved in this location since 2020 and i still live here because i like the location and they have good management. the leasing office people are very nice and helpful. they do a good service, and they care about residents. they fix things very fast. RR
