If you want to have to deal with roaches, black mold, yelling in the night hours, trash and criminal activities and much more… then this is the place for you! They never fix anything and are not very clean about their apartments. People get away with breaking the rules.

Units have roaches!!
These units are filled with roaches and it unhabitable. Management doesn’t care about the safety and living conditions of the property and it clearly shows... I’ve lived in other apartments prior and pests were never an issue, etc. Dominium only cares about collecting rent.

Amazing!!!!
I just moved in and I’m absolutely in LOVE. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. I need some very minor Mantience work and it was taken care of as soon as I reported it. “DAVID P” the Mantience employee is the goat. I have NO issues. ??????

if I could I would rate 0
Worst place ever they don’t have a set manager and they change employees every month services never get done always roach infestation and raccoons in a/c. Cops are always here
