Rude receptionist
Was told that the apartment I was looking at was "Good news for us bad news for you, it's sold." Was told I will be "kicked out" if I can't account for anyone else staying in the apartment within a year. I am pretty sure they got their training at Walmart customer service, definitely need to learn tactful conversational skills. Now I know why the rent is so cheap, no one wants to deal with that rudeness.
