Worst apartment I have ever lived in. Never repairs anything can't get in touch with office manager . Not handicap accessible, sidewalk unlevel just not a good place to live. Has been several murders here in the 2 years I have lived here and has had manger after manger currently under new ownership with the same results

Sorry for the inconvenience if any. We do apologise for your experience at formerly known as Regency Square apartments, with a new name as Villa Barcelona apartments since September 2016. Since then our Property is fully upgraded with upgraded... units and High tech security along with 24 hours On call / Emergency call services. Community has had a lot of changes within the restrictions/policies to apply for the unit. Please visit us any time during office hours and am sure you will find a big positive difference.
