I have lived here for a little over two years. I have had absolutely no problems with management or maintenance. In fact the management has gone out of their way to accommodate me. The neighbors are great always friendly. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a decent and safe place to call home to consider living here.

Westwood Ridge Apartments
These apartments are not worth what they charge to rent, management will tell you anything to take their time fixing anything. The parking here is horrible, management let anybody park in spaces that residents should park. These apartments are old and run down, I had a problem with the toilet overflowing and I had to fix it because management kept giving me the run around. Also there is always a problem with the hot water and many times since I've lived there we had to do without water for an... indefinite period of time but yet they have the audacity to want late fees if you're a couple days late on the rent. I filed a complaint with HUD because management put a sticker on my car twice because I was parked in a parking space I wasn't suppose to be parked in but I only ran in my apartment for a minute both times. My apartment is at the parking lot in front of this particular parking space. But I've seen many people park in this same space and sometimes overnight and management not once stickered any of those cars. There are some neighbors that have a lot of company and they will park in front of that apartment and block people in that are parked and this happens almost daily and management haven't done anything about it. There are many more problems I can name, hopefully this is enough to get the message across.

westwood ridge apts
This apartment complex is old and i lived her 20 yrs ago and was much surprised when i moved back in 2014...Property has really went down ...Management is not the best at all...Repairs have to be called in several times to get repaired which sometimes turns out to be half done....The grounds are not kept up and the tenants are extremely nasty with there patio's .....Animals are allowed to just run thru the complex without any type of restraint ...not suggested a good place to reside......

This apartment are worth it.
Maintenance doesn't come on time, or at all. Apartments look awful inside as much as outside.. Balcony is not stable,appliance are old and don't work. They increase the premium yet doesn't want to fix them..Parkin lot is not secure always being towed for stupidity, people smoke and drink everywhere in middle of parking lot, kids are not watch play right by parking lots messing with cars scratching them.
