I have not yet moved into Towne West, but my experience so far has been very positive. The staff has been extremely sweet, professional, and welcoming, which gave me a great first impression. They were patient in answering my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the leasing process. Another thing that stood out to me is how neat and well-maintained the community is. The grounds and common areas look clean and inviting, and the environment feels quiet and peaceful, which is something... I value in a living space. These qualities attracted me to Towne West and made me confident about choosing this community as my next home. The only thing I was a little disappointed about is that no move-in specials were offered at the time, which would have been a nice bonus. Overall, though, I am happy with my decision and look forward to officially moving in.

Bad communication changed my apartment at the last minute turned in an inventory sheet and they still haven’t came to fix what was on the sheet and I also put in a maintenance request that has yet to be completed

The start was kind of rough because my apartment A/C was not working. However, they were quick with fixing it. After a few days my car got towed because the parking app was not working for me. I talked to them about it and they handled it. After that, i haven’t have any other inconvenience. However, i have to say maintenance requests take a long time. I’ve been waiting for them to fix several stuff for over a month now. The place is calm, there’s parking, the location is super convenient and I... really like it here.

I love the convenience. The property always looks clean and appealing. The property manager and office staff are always super helpful, friendly and kind. I really like the new items for the pool as well as the pet areas. Even though I don't have any pets.

Since TAM Residential bought Towne West 3 years ago, so much was so bad with management that I never thought I’d write a positive review. In recent months, the situation has changed for the better. Management now works with residents who work with them. Maintenance is prompt and professional. And the quality of the community appears to be improving. Thanks, TAM.
