Maintenance orders have not been start I found issues during my initial inspection. I was informed that orders were going to be submitted. They told me I have to wait because they had a lot of order. They said next week. A week has passed and I have not heard anything about the orders.

Not ready to move in The apartment wasn’t ready to move in. It wasn’t very clean and there were som issues with appliances and other stuff.

Mold situation I discovered I had mold in my apartment and first I was blamed for it, then after we went around that it took 3 days for any action to be done. It was difficult and quite frustrating.
