I lived here for almost 4 years. The prices increased dramatically while service and politeness decreased. You get now easily something of the same quality and size for $200 less. No negotiation possible. Check out their availabilities! It is huge! Why? Because it is not compatible in the current market.
Also, the pool is often not maintained nor working.
There are tons of extra fees which are incomprehensible or double. And if you ask, they just tell you that you are too stupid to... understand! Just pay!

One star so far. The application process is overly convoluted and took a long time (days) to complete. Then this morning we were supposed to move in. They decided to wait till 10am on move-in day to call and tell us that the apartment is not going to be ready until 3pm. So, now here we sit. Everything packed up, ready to go. Now sitting here for another 5 hours. Really? The morning of move-in? Horrible start. Have not even gotten there and am already irritated with the way things are being and... have been handled. From what I have seen thus far, I will definitely keep the 30 day default in mind. Review will be updated on move-in. If that even happens today.

Maintenance request Maintenance has alway been quick to respond when I place the request, this time it was not the case, it took about a month to get my A/C filter changed after submitting two separate request and verbal notification.
