In the span of three to four weeks there's been a murder of three people IN THE APARTMENTS and YESTERDAY they threatened/attacked one of my neighbors. On top of that we got "security", but he was too busy getting his beauty sleep instead of doing his actual job, and all he does is sit in his car all night until his shift is done. Also this is the top 2 of the crappiest property manemnt companies these apartments have had, RPM living is HORRIBLE!!! The office ladies sit at their desk ALL day and... NOT ONCE answer the phone. They have an "emergency" line, but you might as well pay to fix the problem yourself because they NEVER come. I've been having mold on my restroom ceiling for MONTHS now and have put in TWO work orders and still NOTHING. I work full time so i dont have the time to go to the office. Son unos inumanos nos dejaron sin aire acondicionado todo el fin de semana con estas temperaturas tan altas no se porque no pueden arreglar un simple aire acondicionado además de que jamás contestan el teléfono y se hecha la culpa unos a otros y la escusa preferida de todos "Yo estoy temporalmente aqui" se supone que estan ahí para ayudarnos no importa si te vas a quedar o no estoy muy desepcionada y que decir de la alberca verde de mugre todo el tiempo no los recomiendo para nada.

I have stayed her for 3 years an they have went through at least more then 10 managers. my mails box has been getting broken into, my car has been broken into, and the gate is always broken. they had security that saw the guy breaking into cars and he didn't absolutely nothing to stop it. my family was without water for 3months the lights only worked on one side of the apartments for a month. when my pregnant sister went to the office to... let them know today actually 4/5/18 they told her they are no longer accepting requests. this place is horrible everyone that works there is lazy. they was one manager that tried to help us get out of our lease in December. they fired him for doing his job, because it cost them money. An now the lady in the front office won't let us out of our lease or honor the deal we made with the guy before her. on separate occasions but all in the same year... we have been without water for months, without hot water for months, our master clos6has flooded an ruined everything in the closet, never had a working dishwasher, our cars have been vandalized broken it, and my father had a gun pulled on him during his visit over a parking spot. my mail is still getting broken into even after they "fixed it" and they tried to find a way to charge me for. the water stinks when you try to use any sink the maintenance people don't know what to do or how to fix anything. even after all this stuff they won't let me out of my lease I'm just happy I'll be over in July, but they haven't fixed anything so I might not have water till July. please do not move here you will seriously regret it it's not worth any money. The staff doesn't answer the phone! When I move in my apartment was not CLEAN. Dead bugs in the refrigerator and bleach stain on the carpet! Staff show no concern and I'm stuck and had to clean up someone else filth.
