The staff were very unprofessional here I truly believe that they didn't have a 1 bedroom available like they said they would it they had no problem taking the deposit for them to tell me 3 1/2 weeks later that I didn't qualify for the apartment because I hadn't been on my job for 6months. Very unprofessional they should have said that the first day before they took the deposit and telling me YOUR OK EVERYTHING WILL FINE....... LIARS THEY ARE

Since that time, we have... implemented a new staff training program to ensure that all interactions with potential residents are handled with professionalism, transparency, and honesty. Our goal is to provide clear and accurate information from the beginning of the leasing process to avoid any misunderstandings or disappointments.
We understand the frustration of being told conflicting information, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Our new procedures and training emphasize clear communication about qualification requirements and availability before accepting any deposits.

Didnt even get a chance to really look around that well. Office staff wasnt too helpful in trying to fit us into ther "busy" schedule.
