Parkgreen/Parkway best community to raise your kids.
The customer service was outstanding. I was so pleased with the service I received from the complex staff. Mrs Dee is hands down the best. Mrs Dee, I really appreciate the flexibility you've shown me. The staff went above and beyond to help me with my needs. I was always impressed but this time very impressed with the quality of the services I received. Being here for 20 years and love it. The show respect for residents and a smiling office when in need of help. Safety for the residents is one... of the their most priority. If it is home for me for 20 plus years, I surely believe it is going to be a home for you and your family. I highly recommend the complex to anyone. Visit and see for yourself. AM

BE AWARE!!!!
While living at Parkway and Parkgreen on Bellaire, my belongings were disposed of without any prior notification or compensation. When I approached the management for an explanation, there was no response. Instead, they repeatedly stated, 'We can't do anything about it.' This has been the worst place and management I've ever had to deal with in my life, and the lack of accountability for this incident only adds to the frustration. WORSE PLACE TO LIVE EVER.

Happy to call home
I am very comfortable living here, I’ve been living in my apartment about a year now and the few times I’ve needed maintenance done the young lady from the office, Mayra, is always very understanding and helpful.

Don’t move here!
There is NO security. And lots of THEFT!!! They have cameras but they do not work. The security guard just stays in his car all night does not do anything. These apartments suck, save yourself the stress. Neighbors are lousy and parking spots cost $100 to reserve or more! Also, it is very hard to find a parking spot at night. They constantly tow your car or give u tickets. TERRIBLE apartments please don’t move in here! Don’t give these rats more money!!!
