I have lived here since November 2017. The old management wasn't great. The dumpster area would get absolutely piled up with trash. However, new management took over earlier this year and they have been working pretty hard to straighten things out.
They have talked to many tenants to make sure any concerns were being addressed. I mentioned the AC wasn't working well in one of the bedrooms and a worker came out to fix it within a few days.
They also redid the laundry room- they put in new... washers and dryers and even a new floor.
