I had a great experience for the 6 years I lived here. I lived in 2 different units, transfers were easy, and both units were well maintained. The lady in the office was great help on walking me through to get my deposit back when i moved out due to a job transfer. I referred a co-worker and a family member, who still live there to this day.

Amazing service!!
From what I’ve seen during my visits, the property is well maintained and the staff has always been friendly and welcoming. The community looks clean, and it seems like the team genuinely cares about keeping the property looking nice Everyone I’ve met at the office has been professional and kind. They answered questions clearly and made me feel welcome whenever I visited.

They want to keep a full deposit and even get more money from the tenant when they leave.
I moved to this place in November 2016 and my first complaint is that they wanted to penalize me for paying an additional $ 5 for dismissal, I paid $ 111 dollars and they wanted to take $ 100 from me for no reason that happened in May 2018. In August 2018 I changed to another 2 bedroom apartment and when they sent me the deductions for the first apartment for "damage" it bothered me a lot because even walking on the carpet is a crime (they charged $ 50 for cleaning but it had no stains, only the... basic use of walking for her) they also tried to charge me $ 350 for paint for alleged bad communication between the manager and the maintenance manager. Now in January 2021 I managed to leave and they never sent the bill (I guess with the intention of damaging my credit) because I sent him an email and the manager never answered and he had to call by phone in this way after 51 days passed after he delivered The apartment in good condition I received an invoice where they did everything possible to have the entire deposit and add a debt of $ 114 dollars. They charge $ 75 for blinds $ 50 for painting each wall $ 50 for carpet cleaning (even if it has only basic wear and tear) for 1 bedroom and $ 75 for 2 bedrooms for drip trays they charge $ 32 for 1 single when pack of 4 you can buy it for $ 13 dollars. In short, if you do not take care of them, they may damage your credit and the deposit will do everything possible not to return it, they will inflate the costs to never return anything.
Not to mention all the times that other neighbors were robbed or the many times that they entered the warehouse or stole correspondence from mailboxes. They only notify when the damage is to Them and not when it is to their tenants (they do not offer security, they only have cameras at the entrance and in the office area) when they charge $ 20 for parking and it is not safe. They are infested with cockroaches and no matter how much you clean they don't go away luckily the last apartment didn't have many. The only good thing they have is the location by the school zone, just for that reason it lasts so long.
