The application and move-in process was seamless. This was my first time moving without any large items so I was able to handle the move-in checklist pretty quickly. Unfortunately, my unit was not ready for move-in. There was food droppings left in the food warmer drawer of the stove, the microwave was dirty, all of my closet doors fell off in my secondary bedroom. The shower head popped off mid shower during my first shower. The fridge is making a loud humming noise and one of the bedroom doors... won’t lock. My kitchen sink water pressure is low and won’t drain. I hope this isn’t a precursor into a bad lease. I currently have 9 work orders pending.

I adore my flat! The location is excellent, offering quick access to eateries, retail establishments, and public transportation. The pool and fitness center in particular are excellent features. The management staff is accommodating and quick to respond, taking care of issues as soon as they arise. All things considered, I heartily suggest this apartment to anyone searching for a convenient and cozy place to live
