Lived there 9 years. New management took over the last year. They made me keep a bucket in my living room for 3 months to catch rain water than over charged me an entire month at move out and wouldn’t refund it. Between the overcharge the lack of maintenance and major uptick in crime I had to retain a lawyer. Steer clear for your own sake!

KENSINGTON Crossings
It's quite. Maintenance is prompt when called. Parking needs improving. Close and convenient for exit to major freeway. Staff in office is friendl and professional!

No Parking
The complex has the worst parking, there are less spaces than apts and they are small. Lots of break-ins. The water always smells awful and management is completely inept.
