I love it here !!! My Husband applied in the begging on the month and we are set to move in By the end of this month . The location , area and atmosphere is so blissful . If you need to call the office call after 2 pm . The phones are always ringing in the office

The new Secretary is very RUDE when you go to the office she doesn't even look at you. She is always on her Cell phone and the service she does is horrible.

I've lived here for about 7 yrs and I must say by that my stay has been nothing but amazing good!The mangers team are amazing they will and have worked well with others no matter what the issues may be at hands.Do I recommend Green Arbor to live yes I do!

Where should I start? My unit is a patch work of fixes, my kitchen cabinets needs to go to the trash fridge also. I have had water leaks, paint peeling from the bathtub (yes they painted the bathtub), water presser so low that we can only shower in one bathroom. Drywall is crumbling, light sockets can't hold the plugs. If it gets to hot outside my a.c. can only cool down my unit to 78°. The manager is rude and the pools are never open and if they do open it then it will be only one and you have... a few weeks out the summer to enjoy it. Always blame it on inspections (they haven't came out yet), but every other apartment complex has been able to open their pools. Tried to make me pay for a broken window that we did not break, rent is to high for this awful place. Kids can't play outside, basicly. I refuse to renew my lease. Oh never found the basket ball Court.
