Many issues with towing visitors and car break ins. Water shut offs. Etc
Biggest complaint is they don't enforce their after hour noise policy. Nightly noise issues with a neighbor that they won't resolve. Please look at other apts. I will be moving out when my leases up

I am extremely pleased to have lived in Gables Metropolitan Uptown for just over a year now. Thank you very much to the management and staff of Gables Metropolitan Uptown for making me feel like a homeowner here, not a tenant. We recommend it to everyone who wants to live here like a homeowner rather than a tenant.

For the most part the facility is great and maintenance is top tier. They come either same day or the next day and get things done. They are nice

I have been here for 4 years and have really enjoyed the location it is fantastic …. The apartments themselves are decent and the Front Office Staff is okay along with the maintenance crew but my only issue is the lack of communication with the property themselves on helping figuring out a way to get my account current and in good standing once again to continue my stay with the property unfortunately but I would recommend the complex ????
