Lived at 6464 for over two years. Moved out due to the high increase in rent. Several issues at this complex. Garage elevator is always broken. A/C went out every two to three months took hours for maintenance to come and fix. First floor hallways are filthy. Broken gates, questionable guest activity, cockroaches, states no aggressive breed for dogs; however, many tenants have aggressive breeds, and marijuana filled hallways. Homeless people in garage and shopping carts in hallways. Never could... enjoy the pool. Kid parties, guests, and the one time I sat by the pool at night, it was insane. Little kids running around . Halo lights, pot smoking, and dancing for social media. Cheap paint that comes off walls easily. Left apartment better than I received it.

I’ve been a resident here since 2018 and love Gables6464! The location, amenities, size of the community and manager Karla make this the perfect place to call home! I love my loft style home. I like how I am super close to everything but that I am not “on” the hustle and bustle of the galleria or main grind. The gate to Whole Foods is nice as is the Kroger across the street. CVS is steps away and the Original Carrabas on Voss(around the corner on Voss) is the best for neighborhood Italian... food. Come tour and see for yourself! It’s a great community!

I love the property and neighborhood. Location is very good and walkable. The staff Mrs.Karla and Chasity are amazing! Maintenance is always taken care of Promptly .
