I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service and professionalism I have experienced from the property manager. This was my second interaction out of three with him, and unfortunately, two of those three interactions have been negative.

During both negative interactions, I felt there was a clear lack of empathy, patience, and genuine concern toward me as a resident. Rather than feeling heard and respected, I felt as though my concerns were treated as an inconvenience. His tone... and demeanor can come across as dismissive, and he appears to become overwhelmed and frustrated quickly, which unfortunately seems to be taken out on the residents he is interacting with.

What concerns me even more is that I have attempted to provide constructive feedback directly to him regarding my experience and his customer service toward me as a resident. Instead of receiving the feedback professionally and using it as an opportunity for improvement, he became upset and defensive. Constructive criticism should be an opportunity to understand how our actions are being perceived and how we can improve the resident experience.

I have explained to him that I am a bank manager and deal with customers, difficult situations, and problems throughout the day. I understand firsthand that customer service can be challenging, especially when dealing with frustrated customers or difficult circumstances. However, regardless of how overwhelmed or frustrated I may feel, I would never allow that frustration to dictate how I speak to or treat my customers. I expect the same level of professionalism when I am the customer or resident.

A property manager is in a customer-facing leadership position and should be able to communicate with residents respectfully, patiently, and professionally—even when conversations are difficult. Residents should not feel uncomfortable bringing legitimate concerns forward because they are worried about how management will respond.

I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously. I believe additional customer service training, communication coaching, and support could greatly improve the resident experience. I stopped by Forayna Vintage Park recently and I was really impressed with how clean the whole place was. Honestly, cleanliness was one of the first things I noticed when I walked in. Everything looked very well taken care of, from the entrance and lobby to the hallways and common areas.

The apartment community itself is really nice, but what stood out to me was how clean everything was. The floors were spotless, the common areas were organized, and I didn’t see trash or anything that looked... neglected. Even the outside areas were very clean and maintained.

I also want to mention the cleaning team because you can definitely tell they put a lot of effort into keeping the property looking this way. They were cleaning and taking care of different areas while I was there, and everyone seemed very friendly and professional.

I’ve visited quite a few apartment communities, and sometimes you can tell right away when a property is not being maintained properly. I didn’t get that feeling here at all. Forayna Vintage Park felt fresh, clean, and well cared for.

Wow!!! What a great experience me and my fiancé have had with Wendy! Her communication, honestly, integrity and willingness to listen allowed us to purchase our first rental property with ease because being 23 years old with 3 little children we was stress, but Wendy released that stress we had. Wendy really made our first ever rental experience so wonderful. It was a roller coaster ride looking for our perfect home for over a year until we met Wendy who went above and beyond to give us advice... and allow our family to make a fresh start in life and we will be forever grateful to her. With Wendy it was never about the sale but more about securing a "family home" that we can create new memories and live happily in.
