Poorly maintained apartments. The apartments are falling apart. The maintenance are very lazy and never repair when requested. They pretend everything is okay and lie to the office personnel creating problems. Can't wait for my lease to be over. Do not be fooled with discounted rent many people moving out.

Maintenance takes forever to come out for emergencies such as your ac, glass all over our kitchen when we moved in, they threw out all of our groceries and only want to give us $75 credit, will tow your car if you are a tenant and park in visitor although there’s no where else to park

AC takes a week to get fixed (something that is considered an emergency) maintenance and ladies up front barge into your apartment whenever they want, don’t sign up unless you want all your groceries thrown out or your windows broken into

The ac had constantly went out like almost every month living here. The water leaks in the bathroom. You will have a high electric bill. It’s a good price for hardwood floors and granite countertops but I can’t with this 209$ electric bill for 578 sqft apartment.

Been here over 6 years and had many issues with the management and maintenance, they just don't care, maintence personal take for ever to do there job and when they do the job it's just a quick fix, they never get to fix it right Sam problem had to be fix 4 times before told them I would call the city if it wasn't fix, this people are just careless, just waiting for my home to move out of this place.
