Si estás pensando en mudarte a Sol del Río, piénsalo dos veces. Mi experiencia fue completamente negativa.

En este complejo roban carros, rompen los vidrios de los vehículos y, en algunos casos, incluso ingresan a los apartamentos sin autorización. Además, el trato por parte del personal de la oficina de leasing deja mucho que desear; atienden a los residentes como si les estuvieran haciendo un favor en lugar de brindar un servicio.

También hay problemas... constantes de plagas, como cucarachas y ratas dentro de los apartamentos. Si recibes un pedido y no lo recoges rápidamente, corres el riesgo de que te lo roben. Incluso dejar objetos en el balcón no es seguro, porque pueden desaparecer.

La seguridad es uno de los mayores problemas. En las noches es común encontrar personas ofreciendo drogas dentro del mismo complejo, lo que hace que salir a caminar no se sienta seguro.

Aunque el alquiler pueda parecer más económico, en mi opinión no vale la pena. El bajo precio termina reflejando la falta de seguridad, el mal mantenimiento y la mala administración. Prefiero pagar un poco más y vivir con tranquilidad.

Living at apartments Sol del Río has been, without exaggeration, one of the worst experiences of my life. This place is a complete disaster in every sense. The apartments are infested with cockroaches; no matter how much you clean, these insects show up everywhere, turning the home into a disgusting and unhealthy environment. On top of that, there is a constant smell of mold that never goes away, making it feel like you’re living in an abandoned basement.

Security is nonexistent. In the parking... lot, my car window was smashed during an attempted robbery, and when I went to the leasing office to file a complaint, not only did they laugh at the situation, but they also shamelessly told me they don’t take responsibility for anything. It’s outrageous that a place you pay to live in has such a miserable, rude, and arrogant staff. The leasing agents are not only disrespectful, they actually seem to enjoy treating residents poorly, as if they’re doing you a favor by letting you live in such a rundown and poorly managed place.

In short, Sol del Río is nothing more than a dump disguised as a residential complex. Between the pests, the mold, the lack of security, and the terrible management, this place doesn’t even deserve one star. I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. This is one of the worst apartments on the block!! They do not care about anything besides rent money and late fees. They will tow your car even though you pay your parking permit and you don’t cause any problems it’s like they are working with the city for their own financial gain! It’s pathetic the way this place treats their tenants! All of the ladies at the front office are very incompetent, the place is infested with roaches and stray cats on every corner!! the appliance and structure of... the apartments are run down and need to be remodeled! The apartments are ok questionable at best because the leasing office thinks that just because the pandemic is going on the efficiency of fixing problems like the water boiler for the entire building can take as long as they want. They don't have to answer face to face with tenets. As it stands i get the run around and still have to boil my water. If your cool with that for your family then come join us.
