So far so good, I’ve been here for 4 months now and East Bend is a nice place to stay. Weekends get a bit loud and there seems to be no type of limit on volume for those who throw parties on the patio so that’s annoying but it’s not all the time. The staff are kind and accommodating. They do their best to know tenants as well as encourage community. It’s refreshing. Any maintenance requests I’ve had have gotten resolved with 24-72 hours. Again, so far so good and I’ve enjoy my time here thus far... .

Have enjoyed the area we live in and all the walking trails, main reason why we like living here! We enjoy the big dog park that we are provided, do wish residents were more considerate about picking up after their dogs. Overall have had a pretty positive experience.
