The recent change in management has taken this complex to a whole new level. Our new property manager is absolutely wonderful, professional, approachable, and genuinely invested in making this a great place to live.
Since Chris took over, communication has improved immensely, maintenance requests are handled faster than ever, and you can tell he truly cares about the residents' experience. It is so refreshing to have someone in the office who listens and follows through on their word. If you’re... looking for a well-run community with leadership that actually cares, I highly recommend moving here!

I've observed significant improvements in this property over time. However, I believe there is still room for enhancement in terms of security presence. On a positive note, the property is well-maintained, and the location is ideal, being just 15 minutes from my workplace. Overall, I appreciate the progress that has been made thus far and am excited to see what is happening next.

I love the property
1810 Main is a wonderful place to live. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to everything I need. The staff is incredibly helpful, professional, and always responsive. The amenities are well maintained and add real value to the living experience. Overall, the property has met and exceeded every expectation I was looking for in a home. Highly recommend!

I would like to see more security but other than that the people are nice and I enjoy the location. I like how quiet it is inside especially because it’s so noisy outside.
