While assisting my daughter with her move from North Carolina to Houston, Texas, one of my tasks was helping her choose an apartment. From the start, Carrington Park at Golf Pointe topped her list. When I called Carrington Park for a virtual tour, Lupe, the Property Manager, answered with friendliness and impressive knowledge about both the property and the area. As a mother of three, I had plenty of questions since my daughter was leaving home—and the state—to pursue her career, and I wanted to... ensure her safety. After my daughter submitted her application, we discovered Carrington Park was on Houston’s southside, not midtown. I contacted Lupe to discuss this last-minute change, and she assured me, “No worries, we have a sister property called West 18th Loft that would be perfect for your daughter.” She sent me the property link, and I instantly loved it. Lupe was wonderful—she went out of her way to make sure my daughter ended up in a good location, easing my concerns. She dedicated more time than expected to answer all my questions, guide me through West 18th Loft’s website, verify our requirements, and explain anticipated expenses to help us plan properly for a young adult. Her exceptional customer service made the transition to Houston much smoother, and I am truly grateful. I cannot express enough how outstanding Lupe’s support was!

Very rude
Application process took forever. One of the workers Maria made me feel uncomfortable to even ask questions because every time I did she was “ busy and had a job to do” and those are words from her mouth. They didn’t follow up at all . I had intentions on following through with the lease however she didn’t provide an environment where I even felt comfortable asking questions about where my money is going. Also Too many fees. I think everything happens for a reason. The other ladies there are... super nice, but Maria she is not and will consider you as a bother.

office staff helped me pick my apartment. She was wonderful and i love my apartment . Don't believe everything people write i like that the people that work in the office live here I would recommend this place
