Safe parking and overall physical safety were key concerns for me. Here, both are addressed with tenant-exclusive parking and tech-advanced exit and entry protocols. I really appreciate the clean, peaceful environment, where I have all conveniences at my finger tips (all efficient, modern appliances provided).

Cheaply made and lack of thoroughness in construction and set up. Advertised as a luxury apartment but that’s far from the truth. Units should be walked through and thoroughly checked. First impressions are important and moving is stressful enough. Service recovery after having had these overlooks is common sense. Much room to grow. Not recommended.

Living at Broadstone Garden Oaks has been very good so far. I've lived here for 5 months now and I couldn't be happier! This is my first apartment on my own and the spacious layout options are perfect for living alone. My cat and I have so much space. Living in the heights is definitely not cheap, but Broadstone Garden Oaks is an affordable option and has everything I need from a 24/hour gym, a pool that is perfect for tanning, and a gathering space inside to host friends. The staff is excellent... and maintenance takes care of my needs very quickly. If you want the luxury of living 5-10 minutes away from all of the Heights hot spots but have the feeling of a suburban neighborhood, Broadstone Garden Oaks is the perfect place to call home. Couldn't recommend more!
