Over 18 years and hundreds of millions of dollars in Houston closings taught me one thing that never changes: the deal is won before anyone signs — in the prep, the pricing, and the negotiation. That's where I go to work for you. I'm Le Nguyen, Broker and Owner of Go-M Realty, raised in Houston and still here in Spring Branch. My roots here run deep — all the way back to the High School for Engineering Professions at Booker T. Washington — and this city is my backyard. I know it block by block: the neighborhoods, the schools, and where values are really headed. Whether you're buying your first condo, moving up to more space, building an investment portfolio, or selling a luxury home, I handle the full range of this market, and I do it in English and Vietnamese (and at times Spanish) so nothing gets lost along the way. My path to real estate wasn't the usual one. I earned an accounting degree from the University of Houston-Downtown, so I read every contract with an eye on the numbers that matter to you. Before real estate, I served as a purchaser for the U.S. Army in Kirkuk, Iraq, and spent 16 years coaching competitive women's gymnastics — two very different worlds that taught me the same lesson: preparation and nerve are everything when the pressure is on. That's exactly how I approach your transaction. When it's time to sell, I don't sit on a listing and hope. I market it hard — sharp pricing, strong presentation, and a strategy built to put your property in front of the right buyers fast. I'm a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and a Certified Negotiation Expert, but the part of my business I'm proudest of is the referrals. Most of my clients come from people I've worked with before — folks who trusted me enough to send me their family and friends. I don't take that lightly, and I've built my whole career on earning it.
