Having been involved in many facets of real estate, including selling over $250 Million thus far in real estate, Evan brings his knowledge and experience to The Compean Group, a boutique team he founded to expand on his deeply ingrained principles for high level service, marketing, and tactful negotiating with insight, all based on experience and data. Evan is also a licensed loan officer and partner at Smart Title, a 5 star rated Houston title company. Evan began his career in 2002 on the investment side, and then transitioned into working directly with the consumer in 2012, enabling him to utilize his insight to better assist clients directly. Evan's current knowledge and experience first developed from working as an acquisition specialist of distressed properties for a group of investors. He then began managing his personal portfolio of real estate investments, private lending on new construction and rehab projects, and taking on joint ventures with development projects. He has also obtained significant experience personally rehabbing and building, not to mention years as a buyer's agent, before transitioning into a listing agent, and then forming a team. This experience has allowed Evan and his team to bring impactful insight to all of their clients.
