I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone who values their safety or personal privacy. During my time living here, I experienced multiple instances that made me feel deeply unsafe and unappreciated as a resident. The property managers were consistently unprofessional, often dismissive of serious concerns, and lacking in basic communication and respect.
What was most alarming, however, was the violation of my privacy—my mail was tampered with or opened without permission on more than... one occasion. This is not only unprofessional but completely unacceptable.
Overall, the environment here did not feel secure, and I constantly felt like my well-being as a tenant was not a priority. If you are looking for a place where you can feel safe and respected, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

I love the property but hate that the elevators don’t always work. It becomes really inconvenient when you live on the higher floors. Gate gets broken occasionally as well. Besides that, I’ve enjoyed my time here! The staff is amazing and the location and community is also amazing.

The team at Alta West Gray is extremely friendly and helpful. The property is beautiful and other tenants are lovely to connect with.

I looked at several apartment complexes in the area, honestly they are very similar in amenities, size and price. The staff at Alta West Gray stood out as happy, friendly and ready to help. I walked in asked about available units and asked for immediate move in. The staff made it happen, from walking in the lobby to move in was 4 days. Alta West Gray is my home here in Houston.
