Just moved in and so far everything has been great. The entire move-in process was smooth, everyone I’ve interacted with has been very friendly and helpful, and the community feels welcoming. The apartment itself is very spacious, clean, and well maintained, which made settling in much easier. Overall, I’ve had a really positive first impression and I’m excited to be living here.

It's a good place to live and a good neighbourhood. But be careful about packages being stolen from your apartment. Earlier, car tires were stolen from the parking lot, too. Recently, they have been trying to improve, but there has been little change.

The apartment is a little older but the location and amenities are great. I enjoy playing tennis so having a tennis court within the complex is great. There is a ton of space to walk the dogs and they're loving the new location. The apartment layout is my favorite of any one bedroom I've lived in. The reason this isn't 5 stars is because the apartment wasn't completely clean when we moved in. The patio was dusty and covered in spider webs and the bathroom vent looked like it hadn't been replaced... in years.

While the staff are very friendly and do their best, the condition of the apartment after move-in has been full of issues. From a leaking toilet to a shower that only puts out scalding hot water, a bathroom door that doesn’t close properly, along with cleaning problems and AC troubles, it has been far from ideal. The maintenance team has been great at addressing the problems, but I feel these issues should not have happened in the first place with a new move-in make-ready.
There are still... pending concerns, and I’ll be happy to update this review once everything is brought up to baseline. I understand that some things can get missed, but the fact that new issues keep appearing suggests a lack of overall attention. I’m hopeful everything will be fully resolved soon so I can raise this to a higher score.
