After viewing numerous properties and townhomes I was fortunate that a unit became available here. The amenities and apartment alone are beautiful and well maintained.

I truly enjoy living at 10x Waterworks Heights. It has been such a great community to be a part of and I love being a resident here. The neighborhood is great, there’s nothing like it!

Going on my third year, leasing team is great. However, this is the first time since moving where I’ve found the apartment complex to be noisy. People in the pool area late at night through midnight with loud music or loud conversations. Neighbors are loud after hours. Even during the work day someone decided to have a party at the pool and treated it as their private space with so many people and loud music without care for their neighbors around them. I live the complex. Everyone is soo nice, especially Louise. My only real complaint is the bathtub. I’ve reported several time that it’s stained. Maintenance has really tried cleaning. The bottom came clean, but the sides look grey. It was mentioned that it would be resurfaced, but that never happened.

Been here since it was built. It has gone through some ownership changes and the leasing has gotten more complicated but once you’re in, it’s a great place to be. Maintenance and the cleaners are efficient. The elevators are never down, the noise in the apartments from neighbors in minimal almost zero from the concrete construction. Parking garage has a ton of spaces. Gym could use some help in the virtual bike room where the subscription got cancelled and general lack of good machines. I don’t... use the other amenities enough to have a strong enough opinion. The reason I wouldn’t give 5 stars is the forced use of Fetch as a delivery service. There are package lockers in the mail room we used to use and it was great. Now I have to wait a day to get my packages and if Amazon screws up an order, they basically throw their hands up saying they can’t do anything because we use Fetch. Other companies say the same thing. I’ve lost out on hundreds of dollars on merchandise because of fetch. Read More
