Just moved in and I enjoy the apartment and the area. The amenities are nice especially the pool and gym. I also really like the neighborhood. Noise can be loud since it is on a main street otherwise good place overall. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

The moving experience has not been what I had hoped for. My move-in day I was greeted by a girl who was 15 minutes late to work, and I was sitting there with my movers. When I walked in, she literally handed me a folder and walked off. No greeting. No welcome to the apartment. And no explanation of any move-in rules about the building or anything. I’ve honestly never experienced anything like this before. I’m giving because I really like the building, but the actual move in experience was not... good.

Love it here.. very quiet and maintenance is well kept. I love the pool and its beautiful view feels like I’m staying at a resort. Luxury to the max

I enjoyed living here. Staff quickly responds when I have a maintenance request. Property is very clean on the inside. People need to learn to pick up their trash in the parking garage. Close to everything!

Its a great place, the apartments are 10 out of 10, the kitchen is amazing and the space is awesome, the amenities are the best. Maybe if all apartments had balcony and a tub will be an extra that I would had appreciated (they were not available for my preferred dates for moving in).
Only issue I have is Shepherd Street, too noisy and the windows maybe are not that thick, we can hear all the cars racing in the night. If you are moving in would definitely recommend to NOT accept a unit on the... side of shepherd drive.
