From the start going to take a tour, staff was amazing Luz beautiful personality, kind, and very knowledgeable. The process was quick and easy. They were available every step of the way for any questions I have been here for a week now and the place seems fairly quiet I’m on the fourth floor. The property is clean and well kept. I had two maintenance request that was taken care of immediately. Lots of parking at night. It does fill up pretty quick so you may have to walk a little distance to... your apartment I’m glad I chose Jensen and this is where I will be calling home for a long time. Thank you to all the staff for making this move easy.

The community and location are very nice, but the management will give you a hard time about everything. They act like an HOA, but don’t do their part in keeping the community nice and safe.

Great staff and community! Jorge and Liz were helpful. Dog and motorcycle friendly. Updated apartments with great fitness center. Clean buildings and friendly neighbors. Move in was great.

Feels like home! The natural light and upgrades are gorge! LOVE the amenities. Community Center has everything we need and the events are a great way to meet people and have fun without having to leave home. The gym is top tier—we were able to cancel our gym memberships and actually workout more regularly. The leasing office staff are so friendly and accommodating and the residents, too. They actually engage in the community chat space which is nice.
The community WiFi is horrible!... Unpredictable and goes out during my work day and non-peak times. Sucks to have to pay for something so inefficient. Maintenance isn’t thorough with completing requests. Gas to follow-up a few times on requests that were marked complete, but weren’t. And the walls aren’t as thick as we’d like. We’re on the first floor and can actually hear our neighbor’s phone conversations on the weekends in the morning. Sounds like she’s in our living room even though she’s not speaking very loud.

I love this place so far! I'm new in the community but there is so much peace, and the location is awesome! We are close to so many cities and really good restaurants, trails, and things to explore! Also, the management and staff are amazing!
