My experience at Sutherland Apartments has been outstanding thanks to Jatiya and Alyx. They are incredibly kind, patient and helpful. Even showing me the units twice and guideing me through the different floor plans. They gave me great ideas about the area.- where to hang out and what to do. The grounds are nice and quiet and the location is perfect for me. And above everything else they heard me, and they welcomed me with open arms. I couldn’t be happier with my choice.

I moved into The Sutherland Apts based on a friend's referral and online photos. However I must say that the unit i moved into was more than i expected. Spacious and top of the line appliances with extra large washer and dryer. The cabinets are spacious and the comfort once I got moved in has been unmatched. As an older person I also appreciate the elevator rides up to the 3rd floor. Thank you Ja'Tiya for all the patience and help with the easy move in process

Living at The Sutherland has been an amazing experience. The team does a great job creating a sense of community with resident events and keeping the property looking beautiful. Alyx and her team are always professional and helpful. I’m proud to call The Sutherland home!

The Sutherland has been my home since its inception. The fact that it has several amenities, from a state of the art gym, large swimming pool, doggie park, elevator access and not to mention the various events they have on-site. Food Truck Friday’s are amazing, Wine down Wednesday’s they even had a State Farm Rep come and give advice on several topics regarding insurance. Now, let’s get to the Office Staff, these ladies make you feel like family when you call or go into the office. They know... each resident by name and are very attentive to the needs of the residents. We have onsite GP Police also security, the parking lot is well lite at night. They offer garages as well as covered parking, it’s a gated community with remote access. You’re surrounded by local shops, restaurants at Hwy. 161, easy access to IH 20 as well as the Toll. Andretti’s will be up and coming soon, IKEA is just a 3 minute drive, the Movie Theater is the next street over.
