The complex has sold twice since I moved in less than two years ago. This newest owner has zero communication. I have no idea where to go to pay the rent now because it was never communicated to me. They don’t answer their phone. They don’t reply to email but they’ll leave a letter on your door saying they’re gonna kick you out in four days if you don’t pay them. But they don’t tell you how to pay them. I will be moving out when my lease is up, or sooner if they don’t tell me how to pay. My... opinion look somewhere else.
