there was a shootout (not the first time) in the back of the complex and someone passed away. The front gate has been down since February (it is now December). Homeless people roam around daily- in the dumpsters, in the laundry facilities.

Staff is GREAT! Roberto and Selena are awesome and always accommodating. Maintenance is quick to respond, and they keep the complex clean. I have been here for almost a year and I will definitely be renewing my lease. When my AC went out they not only gave me a window unit but a portable one as well while the repaired the central AC. Pool is beautiful and clean. I do love it here and am so happy to call Birch my home.

I moved out on 1/1/23. I paid $150 deposit. When i moved out i got a notice saying I owed 56.00. The website showed I owed it but had been credited from the deposit showing they owe me 76.00. I called them repeatedly, they never answer the phone. I emailed Richard and the main email address repeatedly and they never returned my emails. Today, 2/2/23 I get a call from a credit agency! I was placed in collections! I have an almost perfect credit score and these "people" have sent me to collections... even though "THEY" owe me money. They didn't have a problem calling me when they wanted me to resign my lease. This place is disgusting! I couldn't get out of there fast enough. The year I leased there I stayed other places because I couldn't stand the smell. Other tenants were peeing right outside my door. They smoked and partied by the stairs right outside my apartment. A new company bought them out and they are no better than the last. DON'T RENT THERE!!

The apartments were recently transitioned to new Management company and some of the Front Office staff is just like the previous Management company especially when dealing with Yvonne and Vanessa whenever you have a concern it seems that these really are not listening to your concerns, it’s more like hurry up and finish talking so I can do something more important. Their customer service is less than desirable and they make you feel like the fact that you are a resident is not their concern nor... do they care whether you are a resident out or not.
