the front office manager and overall business model of living at this complex was a headache. Many times maintenance would take days or a week to assist me and when I moved out, I was not noticed of additional charges and they sent it to collections. This company is unprofessional and does not care about its residents. Don’t waste your time.

This current staff is amazing! Manager Edith, Melissa, and Cassandra are very pleasant people, and they go above and beyond in recognizing the residents and their children in this community. I've watched some of the kids get off the school bus, run in to greet everyone and come back out with an afterschool snack. The maintenance staff is great too!

This place is a mess with trash everywhere, packages being routinely stolen from your door, and SWAT visiting your neighbors at least twice a year (no joke). To top that off, office staff is impossible to contact and fees are randomly added to you during your tenure as well as after you leave with no warning or reason.

The office is terrible! They told me it would take 48-72 hours for application to process. Now it’s 5 days and I still don’t know anything! Then when you call the office phone nobody ever answers the phone. Very unprofessional !

The leasing office is highly unprofessional and they don’t have a clue of what customer service is. Save yourself the trouble ... look elsewhere.
