Stolen Cars

I’ve lived here 2 years, the pool has been closed the whole time. 3 people cars being stolen. The water is just lukewarm. Our apartment flooded and they tore out the carpet. Only checked the ceiling for mold I have a feeling the floorboards are molded, my family keeps getting sick now.
