My daughter just moved in based on the pictures on their website and the amenities listed. Shows great cabinets, countertops, fixtures, etc which none of those exist. Water damaged, falling apart, horrid repair. Daughter was in absolute tears and instantly regretted her decision.

Not Worth It
No parking, if you find one, expect a few scratches. Potholes cover the lot. No cameras for safety. Broken beer bottles around complex. Not worth it.

Good apartments but bad neighbors
I wish there would have been reviews on safety. The apartment is fine, just old but it’s ok. What I do have a problem with is safety and peace. I moved in here my car was vandalized within the first week. There’s people yelling all the time, fights, drinking outside. Beer bottles in the parking lot and even people passed out. I don’t feel safe but I guess I have 10 more months of this.
