When you apply here be careful and make sure you’re going to get approved. I applied here 8/5 and was told I would get my refund for admin fee and it’s been well over a month. I’ve called, emailed and even had a family reach on my behalf. In this economy I definitely don’t have $175 to just give away! Ridiculous

Go somewhere else
There is a required amenity fee, but most of the amenities are not even built. It’s a complete construction zone. Overpriced.Once you include all additional fees, it’s cheaper to go elsewhere.Extremely limited parking unless you rent a carport or garage.Each building has about 8-10 parking spots.Rest are carports.No elevator for some buildings so be prepared to climb. Noisy. Walls are paper thin and you can hear everything going on the interstate. Be prepared to add another 400-500 to your rent... when thinking about budgeting. Not worth it
