Completely Overpriced!!! There are so many fees especially an amenity fee-you can’t use and it’s always closed! You pay for trash pick up, but they never pick it up. Trash compactor is always full so residents leave trash out. They strategically put less parking spaces so you have to pay for covered parking. Garages are ridiculously priced and super small. Residents throw parties and make noise. Don’t try to work from home here.

When you apply here be careful and make sure you’re going to get approved. I applied here 8/5 and was told I would get my refund for admin fee and it’s been well over a month. I’ve called, emailed and even had a family reach on my behalf. In this economy I definitely don’t have $175 to just give away! Ridiculous

There is a required amenity fee, but most of the amenities are not even built. It’s a complete construction zone. Overpriced.Once you include all additional fees, it’s cheaper to go elsewhere.Extremely limited parking unless you rent a carport or garage.Each building has about 8-10 parking spots.Rest are carports.No elevator for some buildings so be prepared to climb.
