What a dump! Garbage all over grounds…except by the office. Laundry is disgusting. Appliances are rusted and painted over. Maintenance gets special parking but does no maintenance. Complain and manager will punish you. No matter what you do you will have cockroaches coming out of gaps near cupboards cuz they were never sealed. My beautiful items are now cockroach hiding spots too. Water is brown. Toilets are permanent stained too. RUN!!!

this place is not luxury at all when i moved her i didn't see the apartment i was moving into until I got the key it was roaches/roach eggs in refrigerator, cabinets, dishwasher etc. the a/c filter was nasty look like its been in there for over a year. there's no running hot water ,all the plugs in there walls are loose I've also complained about the a/c they only do a temporarily fix so my a/c goes out ever month. i gave them a 60 day notice the manger told me i was suppose to give her the key... before when i gave my notice instead of waiting until it was up then they hit me with all these fee's because i want to leave and the manger wasn't aware that i turn in my 60 day notice but i hand it to her staff that she has working with her and she pulled it out of her files. this place is a health hazard its not clean or kept up its a dump DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

Great Location
I have lived here for several years with my brother. We walk to the beach almost everyday. The girls in the office are very friendly and help us out when we have issues. The maintenance are also nice and come to repair any issues we have quickly.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!
I have lived in a lot of places in many states, and Ashton Place is by far the worst. The laundry room has multiple broken machines and floods when the back machines are used. 6 people including myself had their clothes stolen out of the dryer, and management told us we should just stay in there for an hour and a half while our clothes are being washed. There are no chairs and there is no A/C. It is full of mosquitoes. We were charged $75 for not cleaning up our dog waste, because "they were... told by someone" that we hadn't, which was a lie. It took them 3 months to fix a hole in our ceiling that was leaking water. There are cockroaches everywhere, and the pest company they send over is one man with a spray can from Wal-Mart. The other tenants are rude and loud. Every morning our neighbors threw garbage in the parking lot. This is only a third of the list. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

I went on a bad day for a visit...
There was only one staff member available to show me an apartment that wasn't ready. I had to step over equipment and fight off large horse flies which really didn't help my experience. For the price range I was expecting a bit more. I really wished it was a gated community as I wouldn't feel safe with my children especially with the rusted balcony bars...
