this property is INFESTED with roaches. They offer monthly pest control, but the guy comes out, barely sprays and then leaves. It just seems to make them worse. I'm keeping my furniture in storage so that when I move, hopefully I won't take bugs with me.
The walls are so thin that when the neighbors smoke weed, my whole apartment reeks.
The pool was closed all summer.
Also, the only internet available is the satellite wifi offered through the leasing office. No one else services the area....
Cheap rent but not worth it. would gladly break my lease just to get away from the horrendous bug problem. I've probable spent more on roach killer than I have anything else since I moved in.

It not worth it
Dishwasher and garbage disposal didn't work sewer backs up. Rat problem, mold problem. First apartment they put me in no hot water in kitchen for 6 months.

Get what you pay for
The Apartments are old, uneven ceilings and floors. the streets and parking are in poor condition, with lots of pot holes and trash. The light posts outside do not have bulbs in them. The swimming pool is rarely ever cleaned. The gates don't work, so they are always left open. There is NO CABLE access and the only internet available is dial up through the telephone. They do not allow satellites, even though my neighbors have them.
The apartments are large for the price, but all you are really... paying for is four walls and a roof. No amenities . Pretty good location. This is a ideal apartment to transition to a different place.

RENTERS BEWARE!!!!
I put money down on a 2b/2bath townhouse and they said my credit wasn't favorable and took all of my money down just like that with no type of possible other options given. I can only guess A1 credit is only allowed, cause my previous RENTAL HISTORY I have never been late. I might have other bills that I have not settle on but my roof over my head will always be taken care of. To try to avoid from losing my money, I asked can my love one with A1 credit be the lease holder and I be the... occupant? They said no cause the person with the A1 credit will get denied because of me. I'm NOT a criminal and I don't have a criminal record but I believe that I was treated harshly just to keep $125 of my hard earned money. I guess ALL OCCUPANTS MUST HAVE GREAT CREDIT TO. RENTERS BEWARE, YOU COULD BE THE NEXT victim TO GET YOUR MONEY TAKEN AT THE blink OF AN EYE.

wouldn't recommend
I live in a three bd that is located in the court where all the kids play and run on the structure of the building. Sound and feels like a stampede all through your apartment all day long. Lots of problems and things need fixing and they turn your water off to repair leaks without any notice. After hurricane lke damaged the cable wires, comcast pulled their services, no such thing as unlimited internet, no affordable decent Internet at all. Apartments are big.
