Both upstairs and downstairs have fully-equipped kitchens with refrigerators and separate entrances. The house is suitable for... two separate living spaces, each with its own bathroom and a door to separate the upstairs from the downstairs. There is a leafy furnished side patio with a sink, banana tree currenly regrowing after an unusual winter frost, gas grill, and also an outdoor shower and attached woodshed suitable for storage. There is a small garage suitable for a car, although a truck or SUV would be unlikely to fit. Street parking is always available, and there is a driveway for parking also. Currently I have two kayaks in the garage available for use of renter(s), although can store them elsewhere if you need the garage. New roof was was installed in spring 2022, new smart thermostat in 2023, one bathroom updated in 2024, new veneer flooring for ground level in 2024, thorough mold remediation in 2025.
