I just recently moved into our 2 bedroom with 2 full bathroom with full size washer & dyer connects. i love our new home. Both my husband & I work near by. Plus our 2 children are able to attend FISD. This is a great area that sits off the main road. I feel that we have choose the right place.

I don’t recommend because this is the second time that my sink gets clogged and the didn’t do anything and the mangers answer really rude

I am so lucky that I found Stonebrook in Frisco. The property is safe, quiet and clean. If there is ever anything that needs to be fixed, maintenance comes quickly. A special shout out to Ariel. He worked late to ensure my apartment had ac on a hot night. Man, you're the best!

The schools in Frisco cannot be beat and are rated at the very top of the entire Dallas Fort Worth area. Having an affordable property in the Frisco school district is a blessing.

Virginia and Yolanda are wonderful. They were such a huge help when I was assisting my father in his move to Frisco so he could be closer to me. They walked me through the application process and were an invaluable support during that time. He has now lived here over a year and is very happy! Every little issue is taken care of very quickly by the maintenance staff, and all the staff work hard to keep the property in good shape. Moved to Frisco from Louisiana and first day I lmoved in the carpet was still dirty and broken blind in one of the bedrooms. Once I was here a couple of days it was like a roach motel and 3 months later I'm still fighting roaches. They have never fixed anything i have called them about. Although they are ready to evict someone for late payment. The pool was said to be getting fix and since I moved in June and here it is almost September and we still can't access the pool. We pay do much in rent... and we are not accessible to things that we should be and they dont maintain the apartments they way they should. If you can help it save yourself and run.
