I just moved last night. No A/C, no light in my kitchen, the stove is not working. No lights in second floor hallway, garbage all over the stairs and hallway. Yo can hear all the noises from the apartment on the 3 rd floor. The person that gave my keys in admin office no customer service skills at all!!!!!! Ask me for the my money order gave my keys and bye. The neighbor on the first floor complaining because I was walking and making noise because you can hear every single step and noise in this... place. I regret to move here with my kids a million times. I spoke to my neighbor last night and the feedback was” worst management ever”. The only good thing in this place is Jorge the maintenance guy. The walls are full of mildew and mold. Water / sewage stains all over ceiling.

Extremely noisy. Downstairs sounds like living in a construction zone. Manager refuses to talk to me about situation let alone enforce noise restrictions in lease. After 6 months still waiting on items to be fixed.

I don’t recommend moving here. We’re leaving the first chance we get. This place has rats. We lived with a big scary one for six months before my husband was able to catch it. It would run underneath our bed at night or behind our dresser. One time I was laying on my couch and it came running towards me to go underneath the couch. It was terrifying!!!

The security officer here is very intimidating and unprofessional. He has beat up my male friend until the security’s wife stopped him. One day... my husband was outside playing with our children and he approached my husband with his chest high and confrontational like asking him what does he think he’s doing. My husband said playing with my kids. It’s like he was looking for a fight.

I just got new neighbors and I can hear every step they take. They wake my kids up sometimes and it’s hard for me to sleep. I’m so tired. I never heard my old neighbors.

If you need something fixed, you’ll have to wait a long time. I called in our dryer one time. A month later I called them for an update and they didn’t even have a work order for it!!!! I have been waiting for six months just for them to fix my mailbox. The first two times, they didn’t fix it right. The third time, I couldn’t open it. Maintenance came to open it but she was struggling too but got it open then she looked at me like I was stupid. IT WAS HARD FOR HER TO OPEN TOO. Now I’m in the same boat. I haven’t checked my mail since then and I and my husband both can’t open it. I called and of course they never call you back. Long story short, the maintenance supervisor can’t even open it so he’s going to fix it. Let’s see how long and if it actually works this time. Also, it took them a really long time to fix it each time I called it in.

FILTHY APARTMENT COMPLEX. Unprofessional unethical ways of management to not return deposits rack up false payment charges. Old facility, needs better insulation, very noisy ghetto complex. Manaement, maintenance very poor & make sure you keep copies of all documents. I would not advice my worst enemy to live in this dirty filthy pet odor complex which is rat invested. We have an attorney already working on our case
